NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING OF MEMBERS

The 2024 Annual Member meeting is tentativley scheduled for December 2024, time and location to be determined

Meeting materials will be posted here at least 10 days prior to the meeting.

Notice of meeting will be sent to all owners as required by the Association Bylaws at least 10 days prior to the meeting

HOA and Metropolitan District Homeowners' Rights Task Force

Pursuant to House Bill 23-1105, signed into law on May 24, 2023, an HOA Task Force is to be appointed by August 1, 2023, to examine issues regarding homeowners’ rights and to perform other duties as noted in the new law.
