The Chatfield Corners Owners Association is still active and all governing documents are still in full effect.
To save owners money, the Board of Directors entered into an agreement between the Owners Association and Metropolitan District granting the District power to administer the duties (DRB, covenant enforcement, etc.) usually done by the HOA. The Owners Association budget for 2025 is $0, and there are no dues for 2025. That does not mean that the Owners Association will not, at some point in the future, have a budget and need to charge dues again, although the Board is working very hard to make sure that does not happen. Please be sure to keep your contact information up to date with the Association in the event we need to get in touch with you.

The Owner’s Association 2025 Annual meeting is scheduled TBD
All construction including fences, outbuildings and remodels, must be approved by the Design Review Board. This also includes requests for paint color choices and other minor alterations or additions. For any request that includes a variance to the current guidelines, please complete the Variance Design Review Submittal form. For minor additions and alterations, such as fences, sheds, painting please complete the Design Review Submittal Form - minor additions/alterations. Please email the completed form to abby@mwcpaa.com. Only completed submissions will be submitted for review. Please allow at least two weeks for review of your submission. No construction, installation, or painting may begin until you have received notification of approval from the Design Review Committee.
The Design Review function for new homes, solar panels, and major remodels or additions in Chatfield Corners are managed by Leah Mayer with LKSM Design, PC. Please complete and email the Design Review Submittal Form-New Homes below to Leah to begin the review process. Design review fees and deposits listed on the Design Review Submittal Form are subject to change. Covenant Enforcement: How do I report a potential violation?
The District needs to have a written report of any complaint or alleged violation. The report need not be handwritten; an email is acceptable. In the report we will need the following:
